The Woodbridge Group and INOAC Corporation form Woodbridge INOAC Technical Products™, a new Joint Venture in North America and South America

Mississauga, ON, Tokyo, JP [January 31, 2018] – The Woodbridge Group and INOAC Corporation of Japan are pleased to announce a new equal joint venture taking effect on January 31, 2018.

All of the Technical Foam facilities of The Woodbridge Group and INOAC in North America and South America, including those located in Chattanooga, TN, Springfield, KY, Moonachie, NJ and Monterrey, MX, will operate under the name Woodbridge INOAC Technical Products™.

We are also pleased to announce the expansion of our existing Flexible Foam and Lamination joint venture in North America to include Olympic Products LLC. This facility in Greensboro, NC joins the existing operations in El Paso, TX (El Paso Lamination LLC and SW Foam LLC) and Saltillo, MX (Saltillo Lamination, S.A. de C.V.).

The Woodbridge INOAC relationship has spanned more than three decades; with remarkable success in the Automotive Flexible Foam and Lamination markets. This new collaboration brings valuable, sustainable technology solutions to the Technical Foam marketplace.
