Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control with respect to the manufacture of

MDI at BASF’s plant in Louisiana, BASF Corporation is declaring force majeure with

respect to all Lupranate® monomeric methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MMDI) based

products.
