China P-MDI Exports Increasing by 15.10% YOY in Sep.

PUdaily, Shanghai-China polymeric MDI exports were 324,696 tons in the first three quarters of 2016, increasing by 15.10% YOY. Exports in Sep. were 33,768 tons, increasing by 48.41% YOY.

Statistic shows that in September, America was still the No.1 destination of China P-MDI export. Due to the economy recovery and booming downstream, the local MDI supply is unable to fulfill the need from the market. America has become the largest market for China exports.

China polymeric MDI imports were 160,203 tons in the first three quarters of 2016, decreasing by 25.16% YOY. Exports in Sep. were 19,741 tons, increasing by 2.15% YOY.

The top 2 import origin countries are Japan and S. Korea, accounting for 94.39% of the total import volume.
