Lewie Moeller

SPENCERVILLE —Charles Lewis “Lewie” Moeller, devoted and loving father of Sydney Moeller and son of Frances Moeller of Lima and Charles D Moeller (deceased), passed away at the age of 55 of unknown causes on December 14, 2017 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Lewie is survived by his brother Jeffrey Jarvis (Lori) and his sisters Cheryl Steinwedel, Teresa Moeller, Marcia Elliot (John), Charlene McCullough (Bruce “Shorty”) and Candace Moeller. Lewie was born on January 18, 1962 and was a graduate of Spencerville High School, Having worked his way up to serving as the President of Ohio Decorative Products, Flexible Foam Products, NuFoam Products and Moeller Land & Cattle Co, Lewie was responsible for dramatic growth and expansion of the companies. Lewie was a collector of Classic Muscle Cars, a world traveler, music and food enthusiast and also loved to entertain. He had tremendous compassion and found great reward in helping others. However, the role he cherished most was being the father of his daughter.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be donated to Deb’s Dogs and/or Spencerville FFA.

Funeral services will be noon Tuesday in the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, in Spencerville, with Rev. Daniel H . Messner officiating. Burial will follow in the Moeller Family Cemetery, East of Spencerville.

The family will receive friends from 4 until 8 PM Monday and after 10 AM Tuesday at the funeral home.
