EverTech DAS is a modified succinic anhydride product recommended to scavenge Toluene Diamine (TDA) and Methylene Dianiline (MDA) from polyurethane foams. The higher molecular weight of EverTech DAS results in lower emissions in the final foam product. Recommended use levels for EverTech DAS are 0.6-1.0 pphp.
EverTech DAS gives measurably lower emissions than most competitive products on the market. Using this scavenger assists the foam formulator to achieve the targeted reductions of TDA and MDA emissions outlined in the Certi-PUR-US Technical Guidelines for Flexible Slabstock Foams (Nov 20, 2020).
