BASF to increase price for dimethylaminopropylamine in U.S. and Canada

FLORHAM PARK, NJ, December 2, 2021 – Effective January 1, 2022 or as existing contracts permit, BASF will increase its price in U.S. and Canada for dimethylaminopropylamine (DMAPA) by $0.17 / lb.

DMAPA is used primarily to make surfactants found in personal care products such as shampoos.
