Due to current market conditions and a very tight supply and demand situation in the global
market, BASF Corporation is raising the price for all Lupranate® TDI products $0.08 per pound
effective May 15, 2016 or as contracts allow.
Your BASF Account Manager will provide details of this announced increase. We appreciate
your continued support of BASF Urethane Chemicals.
