Effective October 15, 2017, or as contracts allow, The Dow Chemical Company (“Dow”)
will increase its price $0.08/pound for all market segments in the United States for the
following products:

• PAPI
• ISONATE
• ISOBIND

Your Dow sales representative will be contacting you in order to answer any questions
you might have and to review your sales plan volumes.
