Effective July 1, 2018, or as soon thereafter as the applicable contract allows,
The Dow Chemical Company (“Dow”), will increase prices on all grades and
package types of the following products by US$0.09/lb in North America:

• VORANOLTM
• VORALUXTM
• SPECFLEXTM
• VORASURFTM
