Notification: Lifting Force Majeure of Dow Polyurethanes MDI Products

Dear Valued Customer:

The Dow Chemical Company is lifting the force majeure we declared on January
24, 2018 with respect to all MDI products, including, but not limited to, the

following products: PAPI, ISONATE, ISOBIND, VORACOR, DELTA-
THERM, DURELAST, ENHANCER, HYPERLAST, SPECFIL,

SPECFLEX, TERAFORCE, VORAFORCE, VORALAST, VORALUX,
VORAMER, and VORASTAR.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during these challenging times
