Dow Raises Polyol Prices and Lead Times

Re: Polyol Truck Price Increase and Lead Time

As a result of increased demand for truck logistics, it is necessary for Dow to take actions to offset the continued rising transportation costs. Effective November 1, 2020, or as contracts allow, The Dow Chemical Company, on behalf of itself and its applicable consolidated subsidiaries (“Dow”), will increase prices of bulk truck and packaged shipments by the amounts listed below of the following Polyol products in North America:

VORANOL US $0.05 / lb
VORALUX US $0.05 / lb
SPECFLEX US $0.05 / lb

In addition, and effective immediately, Dow will be increasing lead times on all Polyols cited above on all grades and package types in North America by 7 business days versus previously communicated lead time.
