Monument Polyol Hike

Dear Monument Customer,

Effective with shipments on March 1, 2017, Monument Chemical will increase its off-list prices of all

Poly-G, Poly-Q, Poly-A® and Poly-L polyols by $0.07 per pound. Poly-G® HQEE is exempt

from this increase.

The increase is being driven by the recent increase in propylene pricing which is one of our key raw

materials. Also, please be aware your purchases prior to March 1 may be limited depending on

available product inventories.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. If you have any questions, please contact
