We are pleased to announce that we have entered into an agreement to acquire Linden Bulk Transportation (LBT), as an expansion of our chemical industry logistics services. Founded in 1982 with headquarters in Linden, New Jersey, LBT is a top 25 tank truck carrier, with full service intermodal ISO tank capabilities. LBT shares Odyssey’s commitment to safety, security and environmental responsibility and is an ACC Responsible Care Partner, as well as a NACD Chemical Handler Affiliate.

LBT will continue to support all of their existing customers.

The combination of LBT with the rest of our chemical market services (chemical sample fulfillment, logistics services, technology, domestic intermodal chemical ISO tank and North America bulk brokerage) will strengthen our position as a leader in the chemical logistics business.

We anticipate closing by the end of August.
