IRPC Polyol signs JV agreement with PCC Rokita

On 9 January 2015, the Thai company IRPC Polyol, a subsidiary of IRPC Public Company Limited, and Polish company PCC Rokita SA signed an agreement to form a new joint venture company.

Each party will hold 50 % of the total shares in the new joint venture company with a capital of THB 5,000,000 (~ EUR 134,000). According to Reuters news agency, the newly created JV will sell polyols and polyurethane systems from the portfolio of IRPC Polyol. In addition, IRPC Polyol will produce new products under license of PCC Rokita for the joint venture. By creating the JV, the company aims to increase its sales of polyols and PU systems in Southeast Asia, China and India.
