The stock of Chemical Innovations Limited (CIL) has been acquired by Kömmerling UK Limited a group company of Royal Adhesives & Sealants LLC, based in South Bend Indiana USA.

Royal Adhesives & Sealants is a leading producer of proprietary, high-performance adhesives, sealants, coatings and polymers. This is a great outcome for CIL, as well as for our clients and suppliers.

This should be a seamless change for you as there will be no change to CIL management or any of your contacts within CIL. Additionally, CIL will continue to operate from its Preston UK operations. CIL will, however, benefit from access to the global capabilities of Royal Adhesives & Sealants including its analytical testing services, global supply chain and marketing support and environmental health and safety teams in Europe and North America as well as other corporate support necessary to operate in today’s global market environment.
