Shepherd Chemical Names Everchem Exclusive Distributor of BiCAT Polyurethane Catalysts

Shepherd Chemical Announces New Distribution Agreement
with Everchem Specialty Chemicals

September 30, 2019 – Effective September 1, 2019, The Shepherd Chemical Company,
headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Everchem
Specialty Chemicals for BiCAT® polyurethane catalysts in the United States and Canada.
Partnering with Everchem to distribute and support Shepherd’s BiCAT® opportunities brings the
ability to better serve customers with more packaging options, a broad portfolio of urethane raw
materials and improved ongoing technical support.
