Dear Valued Customer

Due to the continued escalation of raw material costs as well as the increases in packaging and
transportation the price of CASE Stepanpol® polyols in the Americas will increase by up to $0.09/lbs
depending on grades. This increase will be effective for all shipments on July 1, 2021 or as contracts
allow.
