BASF names new North American president for market, business development

Teressa Szelest will become BASF's president, market & business development, North America. – (BASF)
BASF, the global chemical company that has its North American headquarters in Florham Park, has named a new president, market & business development, for North America.
The company said Teressa Szelest, currently senior vice president, global business unit hygiene, will succeed Beate Ehle, effective May 1. Szelest, who now is based in Germany, will work out of the Florham Park headquarters after the job change.
Ehle will take a voluntary sabbatical until the end of 2015, BASF said.
