HOUSTON (ICIS)–US propylene inventories increased by 6.7% in the week ending on 11 March, rebounding after two consecutive weeks of declines, according to the US Energy Administration (EIA).

Inventories for non-fuel refinery-sourced propylene rose to 3.013m bbl, up from 2.825m bbl in the previous week, the EIA data showed.

The increase came as gasoline production rose, even as refinery operating rates dipped just slightly.
