Wanhua Announces MDI Increase

Dear Valued Customer,

Wanhua Chemical will increase the prices of its WANNATE® MDI products by
$0.10/lb in the North American and Caribbean regions effect September 15,
2017, or as existing contracts allow. For clarity, this is in addition to all previous
announcements.
