Wanhua Increases MDI

Dear Valued Customer,

Due to increasing feedstocks and evolving market conditions Wanhua Chemical
will increase the prices of its WANNATE® MDI products by $0.08/lb (US$175/MT)
in the North American and Caribbean regions effective March 1, 2017, or as
existing contracts allow. For clarity, this is in addition to previous all previous
announcements.
