Wanhua MDI Increase

Dear Valued Customer,

Due to evolving market conditions Wanhua Chemical will increase the prices of
its WANNATE® MDI products by $0.08/lb (US$175/MT) in the North American
and Caribbean regions effective January 15, 2017, or as existing contracts allow.
