Wanhua Price Hike Announcement

Dear Valued Customer,

Due to continued changing global market conditions, Wanhua will increase the

prices of its WANNATE® TDI products by $0.05/lb. in the North American and

Caribbean regions effective August 1, 2016, or as existing contracts permit. This

increase supersedes the previous announcement dated May 15, 2016.

Your Wanhua Sales Director will contact you shortly to discuss the details of this

price change.
