Wanhua Price Increase Announcement

Dear Valued Customer,

Due to continued evolving market conditions Wanhua will increase the prices of its WANNATE® MDI and TDI products by $0.04/lb (US$88/MT) in the North American and Caribbean regions effective May 15, 2016, or as existing contracts permit.

This increase is in addition to the previous May 1, 2016 announcement.
