Wanhua Chemical receives “Excellent Supplier” award from PPG Industries

Wanhua Chemical has received the “Excellent Supplier 2015” award from PPG Industries. The award ceremony was held in Pittsburgh, PA, USA, at the headquarters of the PPG group.

“Wanhua Chemical served PPG exceptionally in 2015, with outstanding products, services, innovation and overall value,” said Radhika Batra, PPG vice president, corporate purchasing and logistics. “We are happy to recognise Wanhua’s efforts with its award.”

According to PPG, on an annual basis the company purchases more than USD 7.5 billion worth of goods and services globally from thousands of suppliers. The criteria for the Excellent Supplier awards include quality, commercial value, delivery, documentation, innovation, responsiveness, sustainability and involvement in PPG’s Supplier Added Value Effort (SAVE) programme.
