Dear Valued Customer,

Due to continued changing global market conditions and increased raw material
costs, Wanhua will increase the prices of its WANNATE® TDI products by
$0.10/lb in the North American and Caribbean regions effective February 15, 2017
or as existing contracts allow.

Your Wanhua Sales Director will contact you shortly to discuss the details of this
price change.
