Wanhua TDI Increase

Dear Valued Customer,

Wanhua Chemical will increase the prices of its WANNATE® TDI products by
$0.10/lb in the North American and Caribbean regions effect February 1, 2018, or
as existing contracts allow. For clarity, this is in addition to all previous
announcements.
