Dow Declares Force Majeure on MDI

Notification of Force Majeure for Dow Polyurethanes MDI Products

Dear Valued Customer:

The purpose of this letter is to advise you that, due to equipment failures beyond our
reasonable control, Dow Polyurethanes, a business unit of The Dow Chemical Company
(“Dow”), is declaring force majeure for all MDI products, including, but not limited to, the

following products: PAPI, ISONATE, ISOBIND, VORACOR, DELTA-
THERM, DURELAST, ENHANCER, HYPERLAST, SPECFIL,

SPECFLEX, TERAFORCE, VORAFORCE, VORALAST, VORALUX,
VORAMER, and VORASTAR.

We are allocating available product on a fair and reasonable basis. We will monitor and
adjust allocation of available product as product availability evolves.

We apologize for any inconvenience or interruption this may cause in your own
production operations. We sincerely appreciate your patience during this difficult time.
We are committed to keeping you informed as our current situation develops and to
restoring our contractual supply commitments as quickly as possible.
