Dow Freight Charges

Dear Dow Customer:

Due to escalating costs associated with securing truck carrier capacity, The Dow
Chemical Company (“Dow”) will make changes to Freight Adders and Transactional
Service Standards for shipments in the U.S. and Canada.

Effective May 1, 2018, or as contracts allow, Dow will implement the following fees:

Freight Delivery Adder for Dow-Arranged Tank Truck Orders US$0.02/lb.

Fee for Customer Initiated Change Orders within 72 Hours of US$500
Shipment for Packaged and Tank Truck Orders

Fee for Rush Orders Placed within 72 Hours of Shipment for US$1000
Packaged and Tank Truck Orders
